• Refund Policy


    Order Cancellation

    We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn't entered our processing system (typically within 4 hours of purchase). To request cancellation, please email us immediately at [email protected]. After the 4-hour window, your order will be prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled, but you may still return eligible items under our return policy.


    Returns & Exchanges

    Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. This extended period gives you ample time to test our functional activewear and ensure it meets your performance needs. For exchanges, we offer size swaps or credit toward another item of equal or greater value from our current collection.


    Return Conditions

    To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be in original condition with all tags intact, including our ThreadBop authenticity label. Performance apparel must show no signs of wear, sweat stains, or odor. Please return items in their original packaging or a sturdy alternative to prevent damage during transit. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn undergarments or swimwear unless defective.


    Exchange Conditions

    Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect your return. Size exchanges are subject to availability in our current inventory. For style exchanges, you may select any available item of equal value, or pay the difference for higher-priced products. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your exchange and ship the replacement item. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.


    Shipping Fees

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). A flat $8.50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for non-defective returns. For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping your replacement item back to you. International returns may be subject to additional fees.


    Refunds

    Refunds are processed within 10-18 business days after we receive your return. This extended timeframe allows our quality team to thoroughly inspect each item before approving your refund. The refund amount will exclude original shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees. You'll receive email confirmation when your refund is issued, and the funds should appear in your account within 3-5 additional business days depending on your financial institution.


    Special Cases

    Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned or exchanged. For defective merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos documenting the issue. We may offer replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective. Bulk orders (10+ identical items) have different return terms - please inquire before purchasing.


    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven't received your refund after 18 business days: (1) First check with your bank as some processing times vary (2) Verify with your credit card company as they may have pending the credit (3) If still unresolved, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and return tracking information. We'll investigate and respond within 3 business days to resolve the issue.
